We recently had the pleasure of helping our client, Bord Bia, the Irish Food Board, bring together a group of Danish and Swedish journalists, food writers, and influencer foodies for a special dinner at the renowned restaurant Bloom in the Park in Malmö. And what a night!

The mission was to make guests see and taste for themselves what makes Irish lamb and beef so special.
Bord Bia is currently running an EU-funded initiative to boost awareness of organic Irish beef and lamb in Sweden, and this dinner was the perfect way to introduce Nordic tastemakers to the story behind the meat – grass-fed, organic, raised in harmony with nature – and, of course, the exquisite flavour.
The guests were treated to a mini masterclass before serving a beautiful four-course menu where Irish meat took centre stage. From the first bite, it was clear why Ireland is earning attention in Sweden and Denmark, where local supply often can’t meet demand.
A big thank-you to everyone who joined. Great conversations, great company, and truly great food – a lovely way to showcase what Ireland has to offer.
