A deep-dive into Nordic people's love for food

We’re absolute fooodies in the Nordics and during the past few decades, Nordic people’s interest in food, local specialties, and authentic cuisine have blossomed.

Foodstagrammers have become a thing, people are willing to travel for the sole purpose of eating at a specific
restaurant, and many television programs about food and food culture have appeared.

We were curious to learn how this interest in food shapes people’s behaviour and attitudes. So we did a survey and have taken a deep-dive into the numbers.

Our efforts have resulted in a white paper, where we explore:

  • Are we equally interested in food across Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway?
  • How does age, relationship status, and education affect our attitudes toward food?
  • Does food govern our travel behaviour too?
  • And do we bring home the food inspiration from our travels to our everyday life too?

If you want to know the answers to those questions and more, this white paper is made for you!

For us, sharing is caring, so if you’re hungry for more info and our (expert!) analysis, we’re serving it here – completely free of charge.

Happy reading!
