To ensure that sales staff of the many tour operators in our market are up-to-date and know how to sell our clients’ destinations, each client’s dedicated representative from Related frequently visit relevant partners for educational purposes.

 

The most important tool for the sales training is the presentation that always includes basic facts, transport information, inspirational content, accommodation options, which type of traveler would enjoy which area/activities, and itinerary suggestions.

 

In addition to inhouse sales trainings, Related – on behalf of our clients – frequently visit the production teams of the tour operators in the market to analyze the current situation, improve how the destinations are sold and promoted, and to assist the tour operators when developing new products.

 

For many of our clients we also attend the most relevant trade workshops, roadshows and events in the market to educate and inspire the Nordic travel trade.
