When Royal Caribbean introduced Star of the Seas, the world’s largest cruise ship, the goal was not only to showcase an extraordinary new vessel but also to inspire new audiences. To bring the launch closer to Nordic travellers, we collaborated with two creators – @kiafinska from Finland and @ellenaabol from Norway.
The influencers were invited to take part in the premiere voyage, where they captured and shared their experiences of life onboard – from exploring the ship’s unique neighborhoods to tasting its culinary highlights and spending time at the private island, Coco Cay. Their content provided followers with an authentic glimpse of the atmosphere and possibilities that Royal Caribbean offers, combining adventure, entertainment, and relaxation.
The partnership proved highly effective in generating awareness and engagement across Norway and Finland. By using influencer-led storytelling, the campaign successfully reached younger, experience-driven audiences and built anticipation for the future of cruising in the Nordics.
