Last month, thousands of Danes got an extra opportunity to taste how delicious Irish lamb is!

On behalf of our client Bord Bia, we had teamed up with celebrity chef Claus Holm, who went on a roadtrip across Denmark to visit seven different towns with his foodtruck. Here he cooked some of his favourite lamb recipes and offered tastings.

The sampling activity was a great success, and we’re convinced that lots of people will be eating much more lamb this summer – and in the future –  inspired by the mouthwatering recipes and contagious enthusiasm from Claus Holm.
