With the aim to create a platform where suppliers from the Indian region of Kerala could meet and engage with the Swedish travel trade, Related was tasked with the organization of a workshop in spring 2023.

Related took care of the coordination and communication with the venue, as well as sourcing Qatar Airways and PATA Sweden as partners for the event. We also handled the invitation process, ensuring that relevant representatives of the Swedish travel trade attended the workshop.

On the day of the event, Related handled the set-up and preparations of the venue, welcomed the guests, and made sure that guests and suppliers were well briefed and that the workshop had a good flow.
