When the Finnish Discover America chapter invited us, in our role as Nordic representatives for The Great American West, to participate in their upcoming travel trade event, we eagerly accepted.

The event aimed to bring travel agents together for a screening of the Brand USA-produced movie “National Parks Adventures.” Our role was to serve as co-hosts and co-sponsors of the event. With more than 15 national parks and monuments in the region, The Great American West perfectly aligned with the evening’s theme.

As the sole destination representatives at the event, we had an excellent opportunity to communicate our message to the attendees. We were given time on stage, had the opportunity to engage with the attending travel agents, and we handed out goodie bags filled with information and giveaways.

All in all, more than 30 attendees from the Finnish outbound travel trade attended the successful event and where inspired to present the USA as the next long-haul destination to their clients.
