Our new production company NORTHBOUND56 tailor-makes video and image content for the Nordic market, to increase international tourism brand’s impact and ROI in the market.


Today is an exciting day! We are launching our own production company, NORTHBOUND56, to ensure that destinations, tourist offices, hotels and attractions always have videos and images matching the Nordic travelers’ preferences and trends when developing new campaigns.

– Video and image content is key to capturing the consumer’s attention. And if you want to position yourself in the Nordic countries, it is essential to have content that reflects the interests of Nordic travelers. This applies to both style and subjects. Is it visually appealing to Nordic consumers? And does the content reflect what Nordic travellers are looking for? This way a tourism brand will experience an even greater impact in the Nordic market; the world’s 5th largest outbound travel spenders, explains Henrik Koch, CEO of Related. With NORTHBOUND56, together with customers, we can create high-quality content, adapted to specific target groups and distribution platforms – and make live productions such as live shopping, Q&A’s, etc. for which we also see an increased demand.

With the evolvement of new distribution platforms, such as CTV, video content will be key to reaching target audiences in new – and more cost effective – ways. These new distribution platforms open a whole new channel selection for tourism businesses, that are not willing to spend thousands of dollars on placing TV ads, but still want to tell the story of their destination through video. And because such platforms allow for much more specific targeting, it will be crucial to have tailored content that resonates with the audience being exposed to the ads.

Further, with the rise of AI, we will be able to cost-effectively produce video and imagery tailored to the Nordic market by implementing content that is generated with AI.
