Related has been assisting Visit Portugal with PR and marketing activities ongoingly since 2016. The tasks include copywriting of press releases and newsletters as well as press trips, influencer collaborations, event assistance and translation of marketing materials.
Most of the activities have been coordination with the national tourism board Visit Portugal, but some activities have also been carried out on behalf of, and in close partnership with, Portuguese regional tourism boards and local hotels and stakeholders.
Among the recent highlights can be mentioned a group press trip to Madeira for tier 1 Nordic newspapers and magazines as well as invitation to global press trips focusing on food, cycling and hiking. Related also secured and coordinated a recent PR project with leading Danish men’s magazine Euroman who did a travel guide and 2 podcast episodes from Lisbon.
