How we use tangible insights to make a difference for our clients
Travel

As trusted advisors, we are committed to helping our travel clients achieve their goals and optimize their performance. To do this, we need to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviours of their target audiences: Nordic travellers. That is why we conduct regular studies of Nordic travellers, covering various aspects of their travel experiences, such as preferences towards various destinations, activities, modes of transport, accommodation, and much more. These studies help us identify the key drivers and barriers of Nordic travellers, as well as the emerging trends and opportunities in the Nordic travel market.

Twice a year, we collect and analyse data from over 2000 respondents across the Nordic countries. We use this data in all of our work to generate tangible insights on which we build our strategies and recommendations for clients. We also frequently share findings through reports, articles, and presentations, to contribute to the knowledge and development of the travel industry. Our reports and articles highlight the main findings and implications of our surveys, while our presentations provide interactive and engaging sessions where we share our insights and best practices with various audiences.

By using data-driven insights, we ensure that our evidence-based solutions are tailored to specific challenges and opportunities. We also use them to respond to changing traveller expectations and market trends. This data-driven approach enables us to make a difference and deliver value and excellence in everything we do. We believe that data is not only a source of information but also a source of inspiration and innovation that can create real, positive impact.

One of the main applications of our data-driven insights is to design and implement effective PR strategies and campaigns that reach and influence target audiences of behalf of our clients. Our data-driven PR and marketing services enable our clients to increase their brand awareness, reputation, and trust among Nordic travellers.

Another important application of our data-driven insights is to keep our clients up to speed with the latest developments and trends in the travel market and to provide them with strategic advice and guidance on how to adapt and innovate their products, services, and processes. We also use data to benchmark and compare our clients with their competitors, and to identify their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. We help with making informed and strategic decisions, that generate impact by enhancing their competitiveness and differentiation in the market.

In conclusion, our data-driven approach is not only a way of collecting and analysing information, but also a way of creating and delivering value for our clients. By using data to generate insights, we can provide solutions that are based on facts, not assumptions. We use it to help our clients reach and influence their target audiences, and to achieve their communication and marketing objectives. We keep our clients up to speed with the market, and we help them adapt and innovate their offerings, and to achieve their business and growth objectives. We are proud to be a data-driven organisation, and we look forward to continuing to leverage our data to make a difference for our clients and their customers.
