In December 2025, we had the pleasure of helping our client, The Great American West, connect the U.S. states of Idaho, Wyoming, North Dakota, and South Dakota with the Nordic travel trade. And what a week it was!

The mission brought together travel agents, tour operators, and key industry partners across Sweden, Denmark, and Norway for workshops, one-to-one product meetings, and networking events. Guests were given the opportunity to discover the unique offerings of each state, from breathtaking landscapes to iconic experiences.

In Aarhus, we hosted a product update followed by an All-American cornhole tournament in collaboration with AF/KLM/Delta, combining business with fun. In Oslo, Icelandair and Discover America joined us for a second networking evening, blending professional insights with informal relationship-building.

A big thank you to everyone who participated. The mission strengthened awareness of the participating states, created valuable market insights, and laid the foundation for future collaboration in the Nordic region.
